Q: Who is considered a Party Guest?

A; All invited children ages 3-17 will be considered a guest regardless of their participation on attractions. Spectating parents are free at Magic Wheels Fun Center. Skating parents (and non-invited siblings) of the party guests will be expected to pay for their own admission and skate rental unless the person setting up party chooses to include them as party guests. Children ages 2 and under who choose to skate or play will also be considered guests.

Q: Can we bring our own food to serve during the party?

A: No outside food or beverages are permitted except birthday cake and/or cupcakes. Magic Wheels has a variety of food items available to serve your party guests. However, outside food is permitted if you book a private party.

Q: I did not book a birthday party, Can I still bring in a cake or cupcakes?

A: No, a birthday party must be booked in order to bring in a cake or cupcakes.

Q: What time can I arrive prior to the party start time?

A: The person(s) throwing the party may arrive up to 15 minutes early to decorate the space, deliver guest list, bring in cake, etc.

Q: Can I change my party package after I have booked the party?

A: The party package can be changed up to the time your party is scheduled to begin. Please provide us as much notice as possible. You can inform us of the party package change at 931-906-7300 or email to SkateMagicWheels@gmail.com.

Q: What forms of payment does Magic Wheels accept?

A: Cash, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover
