DO I NEED TO MAKE A DEPOSIT TO HOLD MY RESERVATION?
- Yes, a $50.00 deposit is due upon booking your party. Credit cards and cash are accepted.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY RESERVATION?
- Parties must be booked 72 hours in advance. Cancellations must be received at least 48 hours before your event to receive a full refund of your deposit. Changes can be made up to 2 hours before the start of your party. Add-ons can be requested prior to the start of your party.

CAN I BRING IN MY OWN FOOD AND BEVERAGES?
- The only treats we allow brought in is a birthday cake or cupcakes.

WHAT DO I DO WHEN I ARRIVE?
- Simply check in at the front desk and get your lane assignments. Your party host will have everything set up for you. At the time they will let you know the itinerary for the party.

IS THERE RESTRICTIONS ON THE ATTRACTIONS?
- Yes, the Laser Tag requires the player to be 6 years of age and older. The minimum height is 42".
- The Spin Zone Bumper Cars minimum height is 36" to ride solo. We have a Buddy Seat that can be added for young children 3-7 years old. The Buddy driver must be 18 years of age and 60" tall. Combined maximum weight to ride the bumper cars is 350 lbs.

CAN WE STAY AND SIT IN THE BOWLING AREA WHILE WE USE OUR GAME CARDS, LASER TAG, AND BUMPER CAR PASSES?
- You are allowed 90 minutes to sit in the bowling lane area. If you have not used your passes and game cards you can move over to the arcade area after the bowling party tie is up. All belongings must be moved as well. After your 90 minutes is up we will need to set up the lanes and tables for our next party or for others who are waiting bowl.
