The holiday season is here, so we’re excited to announce 3 new features that we’ve introduced to our software to help increase your conversion rates, boost your revenue and better manage the resources and spaces that you have available:
Abandoned Cart Email Notifications
Once activated in your account, emails will automatically go out to customers who have started the booking process, but for whatever reason they didn’t complete it.
They’ll receive a personalized email a day later encouraging them to complete their order which then in turn would help you convert potential leads into confirmed reservations.
Resource Manager
Need to price your packages or events per person but also keep track of lanes or tables, etc.? We’ve got you covered!
For example, if you charge per bowler and can fit 6 bowlers per lane, our system automatically adjusts the number of lanes available based on the number of people booking.
Custom Price Labels Cap
Have more control over the custom price labels that you set up for each of your packages and events. The system now respects the maximum number of spaces available between the different price points that you’ve set up for that package or event.
For example, you have two different price points for kids and adults as they are priced differently, but you can only have a maximum of 30 people per booking per timeslot, the system will not allow your customer to choose more than 30 people.
